Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all professionall cleaning products, tools, and equipment. If you prefer use your own supplies, just let us know.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes - all estimates are completely free. You can request one online or by messaging us anytime.
Can I stay home while you clean?
Absolutely. Many clients relax, work remotely, or step out whatever is comfortable for you.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
It depends on the size of you home and the type of service. Most standard cleanings are completed by one or two cleaners. Larger homes or deep cleanings may have two-three cleaners for faster results.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule anytime with a 24-hour notice. We are flexible and try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. We provide transparent, upfront pricing.
Do you clean high or hard-to-reach areas?
For safety, our cleaners only clean areas that are reachable without climbing. We do not use tall ladders or climb on furniture due to risk of injury and liability.
Can the cleaners fold laundry or do simple organizing?
We focus exclusively on professional cleaning services, so laundry folding and organizing are not included in cleanings.
